Cancellation Policy

A. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Course

You can decide to cancel your subscription to any Course offered by Skillkidz prior to the 2nd session in the course. Once the Cancellation Period is over, Skillkidz will not refund the subscription fee even if you decide to cancel your subscription once you attend the 2nd session or any session thereafter. For requesting a cancellation, you must contact Skillkidz customer care or address an email to admin@Skillkidz.academy. Once you opt to cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to the Course. Upon Skillkidz receiving an email or an intimation with a request for cancellation of subscription to a Workshop within the Cancellation Period, Skillkidz shall refund the entire subscription fees for the Course within a period of 5 to 10 working days from the date of receiving an email or an intimation of cancellation by you of your subscription to a Course.

B. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Introductory or Demo Sessions

Skillkidz does not provide a refund of the subscription fees paid for any Introductory or demo Session purchased - if the session is chargeable. Once the subscription fees for the Introductory or demo Session is paid, your subscription for the Introductory or demo Session will be final and cannot be cancelled or reversed.
